AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 502,WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE,
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,BY ADDING TO
SECTION 502 "PARKING REGULATIONS",CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS AS
SPECIFIED BELOW:
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is has determined that certain public streets should be
added to the no parking ordinances.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.1,is
hereby amended by adding the following public streets and prohibiting parking at any time on either
side of said street:
SE Brick Drive
Section 2.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.2,is
hereby amended by adding the following public streets and prohibiting parking at any time on the
east side of said streets:
SE Bell Drive
SE Holiday Crest Circle
Section 3.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.3,is
hereby amended by adding the following public street and prohibiting parking at any time on the
west side of said streets:
SE Sagewood Circle
Hannah Lane
SE Wood Creek Drive
Section 4.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.5,is
hereby amended by adding the following public streets and prohibiting parking at any time on either
side of said street:
Laurel Street from Warrior Lane east to Legacy Pointe Blvd
Section 5.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.6,is
hereby amended by adding the following public streets and prohibiting parking at any time on the
north side of said streets:
SE Sagewood Circle
Broderick Drive
Aidan Street ,I

SE Holiday Crest Circle
Section 6.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.7,is
hereby amended by adding the following public streets and prohibiting parking at any time on the
south side of said streets:
SE Bell Drive
SE Wood Creek Drive
SE Holiday Crest Circle
Section 7.Purpose.The purpose of these amendments is to add certain public streets to
parking prohibitions.
Section 8.Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
ofthis ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 9.Severability Clause.If any section,provision or part of this ordinance shall be
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance
as a whole or any section,provision,or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 10.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect upon its final passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the City Council of the City ofWaulcee,Iowa,this 15th day of October 2007,and
approved this 15th day of October 2007.
