AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 502,WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE,
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,BY ADDING TO
SECTION 502 "PARKING REGULATIONS",CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS AS
SPECIFIED BELOW:
WEEREAS,the City of Waukee is has determined that certain public streets should be
added to the no parking ordinances.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.2,is
hereby amended by adding the following public streets and prohibiting parking at any time on the
east side of said streets:
SE Harper Drive
NE Whitetail Lane (loop street)
NE Carefree Lane (loop street)
NE Dartmoor Drive
Section 2.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.3,is
hereby amended by adding the following public street and prohibiting parking at any time on the
west side of said street:
NE Cardinal Lane
SE Florence Drive
SE Bobwhite Lane
SE Deerfield Lane
SE Finch Circle
SE Hummingbird Circle
SE Leeann Drive (loop street)
SE Prairie Creek Drive (L shape street)
Section 3.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.6,is
hereby amended by adding the following public streets and prohibiting parking at any time on the
north side of said streets:
SE Telby Lane
SE Grant Park Lane
SE Leeann Drive (loop street)
SE Prairie Creek Drive (L shape street)
Section 4.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.7,is
hereby amended by adding the following public streets and prohibiting parking at any time on the
south side of said streets:

NE Whitetail Lane (loop street)
NE Carefree Lane (loop street)
NE Bowman Drive
NE Grace Wood Drive
Section 5.Purpose.The purpose of these amendments is to add certain public streets to
parking prohibitions.
Section 6.Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 7.Severability Clause.If any section,provision or part of this ordinance shall be
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance
as a whole or any section,provision,or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 8.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect upon its final passage,approval
and publication as provided by law.
