AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 500,SECTION 502.1,WAUKEE
MUNICIPAL CODE,TRAFFIC ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,TO
PROHIBIT PARKING ON EITHER SIDE OF WACO PLACE BY ADDING "WACO
PLACE"TO THE LIST OF NORTH-SOUTH STRF.F.TSON WHICH PARKING IS
PROHIBITED ON EITHER SIDE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Chapter 500,Section 502.1,Waukee Municipal
Code,Traffic Ordinances of the City of Waukee,Iowa,is hereby
amended by adding at the end of the list of streets contained
therein,"Waco Place,"so that the ordinance reads as follows:
Section 502.1 No Parking is permitted on either
side of the following north-south streets:
Boone Drive
First Street
Manor Drive
Second Street
between Ashworth Drive and Corene Avenue
Seventh Street:

Sixth Street
see §502.4 and §502.9
Tenth &North Tenth Street
Third Street
Warrior &North Warrior
Windfield Parkway
Waco Place
