AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 500,SECTION 502.3,WAUKEE
MUNICIPAL CODE,TRAFFIC ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,TO
REMOVE SE CAREFREE LANE FROM THE LIST OF NORTH-SOUTH STREETS ON
WHICH PARKING IS PROHIBITED ON THE WEST SIDE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Chapter 500,Section 502.3,Waukee Municipal
Code,Traffic Ordinances of the City of Waukee,Iowa,is hereby
amended by deleting from list of streets contained therein,"SE
Carefree Lane"so that the ordinance reads as follows:
Section 502.3 No Parking is permitted at any time
on the west side of the following north-south streets:
Alice's Road (alk/a W.Avenue)
from the northern corporate limits to a point 2,500 feet south of said
point of beginning

Fifth Street
south of Ashworth Drive
Fourth Street
Glendale Dt1Ve
Linden Drive
