AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 502,WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE,
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,BY ADDING TO
SECTION 502 "PARKING REGULATIONS",CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS AS SPECIFIED
BELOW:
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is has determined that certain public streets should be
added to the no parking ordinances,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.1,is
hereby amended by adding the following public street and prohibiting parking at any time on either
side of said street:
SE Windfield Parkway
Section 2.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502,2,is
hereby amended by adding the following public streets and prohibiting parking at any time on the
east side of said streets:
SE Whitetail Lane
SE Meadowlark Lane
SE Traden Court
Sugar Creek Drive
Creekview Court
Section 3.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.3,is
hereby amended by adding the following public street and prohibiting parking at any time on the
west side of said street:
SE Greenbriar Circle
Section 4.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.6,is
hereby amended by adding the following public streets and prohibiting parking at any time on the
north side of said streets:
SE Bristol Drive
SE Greenbriar Circle
SE Heritage Drive
SE Marshall Drive
SE Melrose Drive
SE Traden Drive
Spyglass Lane

Section 5.Chapter 502,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Regulations,Section 502.7,is
hereby amended by adding the following public streets and prohibiting parking at any time on the
south side of said streets:
Spyglass Court
Lookout Court
Section 6.Purpose.The purpose of these amendments is to add certain public streets to
parking prohibitions.
Sectiou 7.Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 8.Severability Clause.If any section,provision or part of this ordinance shall be
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance
as a whole or any section,provision,or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 9.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect upon its fmal passage,approval
and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,tins 19th day of September 2005,and
approved tins 19th day of September 2005.
