AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 202.10 TO REMOVE LANGUAGE
CONCERNING THE WANER OF GAS INSTALLATION AND HOOK-UP
FEES FROM THE ORDINANCE
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desires to remove a provision in the Gas Utility
Chapter of the Waukee Municipal Code concerning the waiver Gas installation and
hookup fees.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waukee
section 202.10 should be and the same is hereby repealed.
Effective Date
The provisions ofthis Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30)days after publication.
Passed by the Council this 17th day of October 2005 and approved this 17th day of October
2005.
