AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 204.15(A)TO REMOVE
LANGUAGE CONCERNING THE WAIVER OF INSTALLATION AND
HOOK-UP FEES ASSOCIATED WITH PUBLIC SEWER SYSTEM
CONNECITONS.
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desires to remove a provision in the Sanitary
Sewer Rental and Connection Regulation Section of the Waukee Municipal Code
concerning the waiver of Sewer System installation and hook-up fees.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waukee
section 204.15(A)should be and the same is hereby repealed.
Effective Date
The provisions of this Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30)days after publication.
Passed by the Council this 17th day of October 2005 and approved this 17th day of October
2005.
