AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 21 1.8 (A)TO REMOVE
LANGUAGE CONCERNING THE WANER OF WATER INSTALLATION
AND HOOK-UP FEES FROM THE ORDINANCE
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desires to remove a provision in the Water
Connections and Services Chapter of the Waukee Municipal Code concerning the waiver
water installation and hookup fees.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee
section 211.8(A)should be and the same is hereby repealed.
Effective Date
The provisions of this Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30)days after publication.
Passed by the Council this 17th day of October 2005 and approved this 17th day of October
2005.
