)AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 301.28(B)TO REMOVE
LANGUAGE CONCERNING THE WANER OF BUILDING PERMIT FEES
FROM THE ORDINANCE
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desires to remove language from the ordinance
concerning the waiver of building permit fees.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waukee
section 301.28(B)should be and the same is hereby repealed and enacted in lieu thereof
is as follows:
B.Building Permits Required.No building or other structure shall be erected,
moved,added to or structurally altered without a permit therefor,issued by the
Administrative Official.No work on such building or structure shall be done until
a permit shall have been issued.No building permit shall be issued except in
conformity with the provisions of this Ordinance,except after written order from
the Board of Adjustment.See Section 301.30 for schedule of fees.
Effective Date
The provisions of this Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30)days after publication.
Passed by the Council this 17th day of October 2005 and approved this 17th day of October
2005.
