AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 303.158(M)TO REMOVE
LANGUAGE CONCERNING THE WANER OF CAPITAL FEES FROM THE
ORDINANCE
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desires to remove a provision in Article XII of
the Waukee Municipal Code concerning the waiver of Capital fees for non-profit
organizations and other charitable services.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waukee
section 303.158(M)should be and the same is hereby repealed.
Effective Date
The provisions of this Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30)days after publication.
Passed by the Council this 17th day of October 2005 and approved this 17th day of October
2005.
