AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 301,WAUKEE MUNICIPAL
CODE,SECTION 301.31,PROVIDING FOR A SCHEDULE OF FEES,
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,BY DELETING "$45.00",
DEFINED AS THE CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION FEE;AND BY INSERTING
IN LIEU THEREOF "$50.00".
Section 1.Amendment.Chapter 301,Section 301.31 Waukee Municipal
Code is hereby amended by deleting therefrom "$45.00",which being the Construction
Inspection Fee and inserting in lieu thereof"$50.00"so that the following reads:
Construction Inspection $50.001H0ur
Section 2.Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3.Severability Clause.If any section,provision or part of this
ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect
the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any section,provision,or part thereof not
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 4.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect upon its
final passage,approval and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the Council this 19th day of July 2004,and approved this 19th day of
July 2004.
