AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 104,CITY OF WAUKEE
MUNICIPAL CODE,BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,BY DELETING
SAID CHAPTER AND REPLACING IN LIEU THEREOF A REVISED CHAPTER 104
LEGALLY DESCRIBING THE WAUKEE CORPORATE LIMITS FOR THE PURPOSE
OF UPDATING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY
OF WAUKEE,lOW A AS OF OCTOBER 2004
Section 1.Amendment.Chapter 104,Waukee Municipal Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE
§104.1 Purpose.The purpose of this ordinance is to describe the
boundaries ofthe City of Waukee,Iowa.
§104.2 Boundaries.The boundaries of the City of Waukee,Iowa,shall

of the ordinance as a whole or any section,provision,or part thereof not adjudged invalid or
unconstitutional.
Section 5.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect upon its final passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
