RESOLUTION 19-377
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES WITH
GENUS LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS [GLYNN VILLAGE PARK, SOUTH AND
NORTH PLAYGROUNDS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, on April 15, 2019, the City Waukee City Council approved an agreement with
Genus Landscape Architects to develop a conceptual plan for the Glynn Village Neighborhood
Park (Resolution #19-127); AND,
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain the services of Genus Landscape Architects for the design
development, construction and bid administration for Glynn Village Park, South and North
Playgrounds; AND,
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed the Agreement for Professional Consulting
Services and finds it satisfactory;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services with Genus Landscape Architects [Glynn
Village Park, South and North Playgrounds] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 7th day of October,
2019.
