RESOLUTION 19-378
APPROVING PROPOSAL FOR SERVICES FOR INSPECTION AND EVALUATION
[JORDAN WELL, AQUIFER STORAGE AND RECOVERY (ASR) PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City wishes to explore the use of the existing Jordan Well for future use as an
Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) well; AND,
WHEREAS, Northway Well and Pump Co. of Marion, IA, has provided a Proposal for Services
including removal and inspection of the pumping unit, an attempt to reopen the well to 2,700 feet
and a televised survey.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Proposal for Services for inspection and evaluation [Jordan Well, Aquifer Storage and Recovery
(ASR) Project] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 7 h day of October,
