AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 500,SECTION 502.3,WAUKEE
MUNICIPAL CODE,TRAFFIC ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,TO
PROHffiIT PARKING ON ETTHER SIDE OF BOOTH A VENUE ADDING BOOTH
AVENUE TO THE LIST OF EATS-WEST STREETS ON WHICH PARKING IS
PROHffiITED ON EITHER SIDE:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Chapter 500,Section 502.3,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Ordinances of
the City of Waukee,Iowa,is hereby amended by adding at the end ofthe list of streets contained
therein,"Booth Avenue"so that the ordinance reads as follows:
Section 502.3 No Parking is permitted at any time on either side of the
following east-west streets:
Ashworth Drive
See §502.8
Cherry Street
Corene Avenue
From First Street Place to Christopher Avenue
Locust Street
See §502.6,§502.7 &§502.8
University Avenue
Booth Avenue
Section 2.Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the
provisions ofthis ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3.Severability Clause If any section,provision or part of tins ordinance shall
be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the
ordinance as a whole or any section,provision,or part thereof not adjudged invalid or
unconstitutional.
Section 4.Effective Date This ordinance shall be in effect upon its final passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
