AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 500,SECTION 502.3,WAUKEE
MUNICIPAL CODE,TRAFFIC ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,
TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON THE WEST SIDE OF PRIMROSE LANE AND
FLORENCE DRIVE BY ADDING PRIMROSE LANE AND FLORENCE DRIVE THE
LIST OF NORTH-SOUTH STREETS ON WHICH PARKING IS PROHIBITED ON
THE WEST SIDE.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Chapter 500,Section 502.3,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic
Ordinances of the City of Waukee,Iowa,is hereby amended by adding at the end of the
list of streets contained therein,"Primrose Lane and Florence Drive"so that the
ordinance reads as follows:
Section 502.3 No Parking is permitted at any time on the west side of
the following north-south streets:
Alice's Road (alk/a W Avenue)
From the northern corporate limits to a point 2,500 feet south of
said point beginning
Ashland Court
Fifth Street:
South of Ashworth Drive
Fourth Street
Glendale Drive
Linden Drive
Maple1eaf Lane
Oakleaf Lane
Second Court Street
Third Street:
From Laurel Street to Locust Street
Westgate Drive
Woodcrest Drive

Section 2.Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the
provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3.Severability Clause If any section,provision or part of this
ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect 1
the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any section,provision,or part thereof not
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 4.Effective Date This ordinance shall be in effect upon its final
passage,approval and publication as provided by law.
