AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 301.17,WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE,
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,C-l COMMUNITY AND
IDGHWAY SERVICE COMMERCIAL DISTRlCT,BY DELETING THEREFROM
SUBSECTIONS 301.17(A)(2)(e),301.17(A)(3)(f)AND 301.17(A)(3)(g)AND RE-LETTERING
EACH SUCCESSNE SUBSECTION IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 301.17,Waukee Municipal Code,Zoning Ordinance of the City,C-l
Community and Highway Service Commercial District by deleting subsections 301.17(A)(2)(e),
301.17(A)(3)(f)and 301.17(A)(3)(g)and re-lettering each successive subsection in alphabetical
order.
Section 2.Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3.Severability Clause.If any section,provision or part of this ordinance shall be
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance
as a whole or any section,provision,or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 4.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect upon its final passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,this 20th day of May 2002,and approved
this zo"day of May 2002.
