AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 301.22,WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE,
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,M-l LIGHT INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT,BY INSERTING AS SUBSECTION 301.22(A)(1)THEREOF "GREENHOUSES;"
AND BY INSERTING AS SUBSECTION 301.(A)(2)THEREOF,"MINI WAREHOUSES,
SELF STORAGE;"AND BY RE-LETTERING EACH SUCCESSNE SUBSECTION IN
SUBSECTION 301.22(A)IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council ofthe City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 301.22,Waukee Municipal Code,Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Waukee,Iowa,M-l Light Industrial District by inserting as subsection 301.22(A)(1)thereof,
"Greenhouses;"and by inserting as subsection 301(A)(2)thereof,"Mini Warehouses,Self
Storage;"and by re-lettering each successive subsection in subsection 301.229A)in alphabetical
order.
Section 2.Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3.Severability Clause.If any section,provision or part of this ordinance shall be
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance 1
as a whole or any section,provision,or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 4.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect upon its final passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,this 20th day of May 2002,and approved
this 20th day of May 2002.
