AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 303.82,WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE,
SUBDIVISION DESIGN STANDARDS,TO PROVIDE FOR SPECIFICATIONS AND
REGULATIONS OF PAVEMENT AND RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTHS OF CERTAIN STREETS
LOCATED IN THE CITY BY ADDING THERETO A CHART OF THOSE STREET
PAVEMENT AND RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTHS SPECIFIC TO ALICE'S ROAD,
UNIVERSITY AVENUE,UTE AVENUE,WACO PLACE,LOOP,WARRIOR LANE,
ASHWORTH ROAD.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council ofthe City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 303.82,Waukee Municipal Code,Park Subdivision Design Standards,
Street Pavement and Right-of-Way Widths,is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
The City of Waukee has selected several roadways where more specific requirements exist.
The following chart shows which streets shall be built to different standards.

ISection2.Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3.Severability Clause.If any section,provision or part of this ordinance shall be
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect the validity ofthe ordinance
as a whole or any section,provision,or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 4.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect upon its final passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,this third day of June 2002,and approved
this third day of June 2002.
