AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 502,WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE,
PARKING REGULATIONS BY DELETING LOCUST STREET FROM SECTIONS 502.1,
502.2,502.3,502.5,502.6 AND 502.7 AND BY INSERTING IN LIEU
THEREOF WINDFIELD PARKWAY IN SECTIONS 502.2 AND 507.3 AND BY
INSERTING IN LIEU THEREOF THIRD STREET IN SECTIONS 502.6 AND
502.7.
Section 1.Purpose.The purpose of this ordinance is to
amend Chapter 502 to remove reference to Locust Street (a street
formerly located east of Fourth Street whose name was changed to
Windfield Parkway by Resolution #01-207)by deleting Locust Street
from Sections 502.1,502.2,502.3,502.5,502.6 and 502.7 and by
inserting in lieu thereof Windfield Parkway in Sections 502.2 and
502.3 and by inserting in lieu thereof Third Street in Sections
502.6 and 502.7 so that Sections 502.1,502.2,502.3,502.5,502.6
and 502.7 read as follows:
§502.1 No parking is permitted at any time on either
side of the following north-south streets:

First Street
Fourth Street:

Second Street:
between Ashworth Drive and Co rene Avenue
Seventh Street:
