AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 500,SECTION 501.18,WAUKEE
MUNICIPAL CODE,TRAFFIC ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,BY
DELETING THE HEADING,"THROUGH STREETS DESIGNATED,"AND INSERTING IN
LIEU THEREOF THE WORDS,"THROUGH STREETS AND STOP INTERSECTIONS,"AND
BY ADDING TO SCHEDULE A,4-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS,AFTER "FLORENCE
STREET AND ROSENKRANZ STREET,"THE WORDS,"WHITE TAIL LANE AND
MARSHALL DRIVE."
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Chapter 500,Section 501.18,Waukee Municipal Code,Traffic Ordinances of the
City of Waukee,Iowa,is hereby amended by deleting,after the number of said section the words,
"Through Streets Designated,"and inserting in lieu thereof,the words,"Through Streets and Stop
Intersections,"and by adding to Schedule A,4-WAY Stop Intersections,after "Florence Street and
Rosenkranz Street,"the words,"White Tail Lane and Marshall Drive,"so that said section reads as
follows:
Section 501.18 Through Streets and Stop Intersections.The streets and
intersections described in Schedule A are through street and stop intersections as
indicated in the schedule,and stop signs shall be erected at the entrance to the
intersections as indicated.

Section 2.Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3.Severability Clause.If any section,provision or part of this ordinance shall be
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance
as a whole or any section,provision,or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 4.Effective Date.TIns ordinance shall be in effect upon its final passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,this 16th day of December 2002,and
approved this 16th day of December 2002.
