RESOLUTION 19-384
APPROVING DWELLING UNIT RENTAL AGREEMENT [925 LAUREL STREET]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee owns a dwelling unit and property addressed as 925 Laurel
Street, Waukee, IA; AND,
WHEREAS, the City proposes to enter into a Dwelling Unit Rental Agreement with Joshua
Eastcott and Nikki Kleiman for 925 Laurel Street, beginning November 1, 2019.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
21St day of October 2019, that it hereby approves the Dwelling Unit Rental Agreement [925
Laurel Street.
