CENTER,410 6TH STREET";FROM PREClNCT 2,THE WORDS,"THE PROPOSED
VOTlNG LOCATION IS THE WAUKEE CITY HALL,230 IDGHWAY 6";FROM
PREClNCT 3,THE WORDS,"THE PROPOSED VOTlNG LOCATION IS THE WESTVIEW
CHURCH,1155 BOONE DRIVE";AND FROM PREClNCT 4,THE WORDS,"THE

BE IT ORDAlNED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Amendment to Election Precincts.The description of election precincts in the
City of Waukee are amended by deleting therefrom the following words:
A.From Precinct 1,delete,"The proposed voting location is the Waukee
Community Center,410 6th Street."
B.From Precinct 2,delete "The proposed voting location is the Waukee City
Hall,230 Highway 6."
C.From Precinct 3,delete "The proposed voting location is the Westview
Church,1155 Boone Drive."1
D.From Precinct 4,delete "The proposed voting location is the Waukee
Pnblic Safety Building,1300 L.A.Grant Parkway."
Section 2.Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances m conflict with the
provisions ofthis ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3.Severability Clause.If any section,provision or part of this ordinance shall
be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the
ordinance as a whole or any section,provision,or part thereof not adjudged invalid or
nnconstitutional.
Section 4.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect upon its final passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,his io"day of September,2001,and
approved this 10th day of September,2001.~
