AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 500,SECTION 502.2,WAUKEE
MUNICIPAL CODE,TRAFFIC ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,TO
PROHIBIT PARKING ON THE EAST SIDE OF BRENTWOOD DRIVE BY ADDING
BRENTWOOD DRIVE TO THE LIST OF NORTH-SOUTH STREETS ON WHICH
PARKING IS PROHIBITED ON THE EAST SIDE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Chapter 500,Section 502.2,Waukee Municipal
Code,Traffic Ordinances of the City of Waukee,Iowa,is hereby
amended by adding at the end of the list of streets contained
therein,"Brentwood Drive"so that the ordinance reads as follows:
Section 502.2 No Parking is permitted on the east
side of the following north-south streets:
Dogwood Lane
Eighth Street
First Street Place
Kaylin Drive
Meadowlark Lane (NE)
Melrose Drive
Ninth Street
Peachtree Drive
Plumwood Lane
Second Street:
from Southview to Parkview
Terrace Drive
Third Street:
from Laurel Street to Locust Street between 6:00 A.M.
and 6:00 P.M.Monday -Friday
Whitetail Lane (NE)
Crabapple Drive
Brentwood Drive
Section

2.Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby
Section 3.Severability Clause.If any section,provision
or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitu-
tional,such adj udication shall not affect the validity of the
ordinance as a whole or any section,provision,or part thereof
not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 4.Effective Date.
effect on January 15,2002.

day of November 2001,and approved thi 15th November 2001.
