RESOLUTION 19-386
APPROVING CERTIFICATION TRAINING EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT
AGREEMENT BETWEEN JOSHUA EASTCOTT AND THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IA
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized
Municipal Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, as part of an approved offer of employment and in order to fulfill all the duties
of a Waukee Police Officer, Joshua Eastcott is required to undergo training through the Iowa
Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA); AND;
WHEREAS, City staff recommends approval of a Certification Training Expense
Reimbursement Agreement to address matters related to said ILEA training;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 21 st day of October, 2019, that the Certification Training Expense Reimbursement
Agreement between Joshua Eastcott and the City of Waukee, IA, is hereby accepted and
approved.
