AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 301.20G,WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE,
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,SIGNS,ON-SITE,BY
DELETING SUBPARAGRAPH 2 THEREOF SO AS TO PROHIBIT POST SIGNS,AND BY
RENUMBERING SUCCESSIVE PARAGRAPHS OF SAID SUBSECTION BY CHANGING
THE NUMBER OF SUEP ARAGRAPH 3 TO 2 AND SUEP ARAGRAPH 4 TO 3.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 301.20G,Waukee Municipal Code,Zoning Ordinance of the City,
permitting post signs,by deleting said section;and by renumbering subparagraph 3 thereof to 2,
and by renumbering subparagraph 4 thereof to 3.
Section 2.Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3.Severabjljty Clause.If any section,provision or part of this ordinance shall be
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance
as a whole or any section,provision,or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 4.Effectiye Date.This ordinance shall be in effect upon its final passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,this 18th day of September,2000,and
approved this is"day of September,2000.
