RESOLUTION 19-392
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[FRIDLEY PALMS PLAT 11
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, OnTrack Construction of Nevada, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with Fridley Palms Plat 1; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Fridley Palms Plat 1 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 21' day of October, 2019, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Fridley Palms Plat 1.
