RESOLUTION 19-393
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[LEGACY POINTE AT WAUKEE PLAT 8]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, McAninch Corp. of Des Moines, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 8; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 8 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part
of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 21" day of October, 2019, that it hereby accepts the public improvemen
associated with Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 8.
