RESOLUTION 19-394
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[DR. DAVID STILLEY SOUTH OUTFALL SEWER CONNECTION]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Dr. David Stilley of Clive, IA, has completed the public improvements
associated with Dr. David Stilley South Outfall Sewer Connection; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of Dr.
David Stilley South Outfall Sewer Connection and confirm that said improvements
constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard
Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 215t day of October, 2019, that it hereby accepts the pu provemen
associated with Dr. David Stilley South Outfall Sewer C ion.
