RESOLUTION 19-398
APPROVING SALES AGREEMENT AND SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
WITH NOVOTX, LLC [GIS-BASED ASSET AND WORK MANAGEMENT
PROGRAM]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Novotx, LLC, has submitted a Sales Agreement and Software License Agreement
for asset and work management software; AND,
WHEREAS, the software will allow City staff to improve work task efficiency by providing a
tracking and reporting mechanism for data related to utility, roadway and equipment
maintenance; AND,
WHEREAS, the Waukee City Attorney has reviewed the proposed agreement and finds it
satisfactory.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Sales Agreement and Software License Agreement with Novotx, LLC is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the s of October,
2019.
