RESOLUTION 19-435
APPROVING BRICKTOWNE AT PRAIRIE CROSSING FINAL PLAT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed and recommended
approval of a Final Plat for Bricktowne at Prairie Crossing on October 29, 2019, subject to
remaining staff comments and review of legal documents; AND,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Bricktowne at Prairie Crossing is in general conformance with
section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa
on this 18th day of November, 2019, that the Final Plat for Bricktowne at Prairie Crossing be and
the same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1. Private Storm Sewer Easement;
2. Private Gas Easement;
3. Private Water Main Easement;
4. Private Sanitary Sewer Easement;
5. Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
6. Public Utility Easement (Private); and
7. Public Ingress/Egress Easement
