AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 202,WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE,
PROVIDING RATES FOR GAS FURNISHED USERS BY THE MUNICIPAL GASWORKS
DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,AS TO COMMERCIAL
GRAIN DRYING.
Section 1.Section 202.1 of Chapter 202,Waukee Municipal
Code,establishing rates for gas furnished users by the municipal
gasworks distribution system of the City of Waukee,Iowa,is hereby
amended by deleting the "Firm Residential and Commercial"Table
from Section 202.1 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
Firm Residential and Commercial
Monthly
First 500 cu.ft.or less $2.77 per CCF
Next 1,500 cu.ft..67 per CCF
Next 8,000 cu.ft..48 per CCF
Over 10,000 cu.ft..46 per CCF
Minimum Monthly Charge 2.77
Interruptible .44 per CCF
Commercial Grain Drying .35 per CCF
Section 2.
