AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 202,WAUKEE,MUNICIPAL CODE BY
PROVIDING FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF A SCHEDULE OF FEES,CHARGES AND
EXPENSES FOR THE EXTENSION OR INSTALLATION OF GAS SERVICE LINES BY
THE CITY OF WAUKEE BY RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Chapter 202,Waukee Municipal Code,is hereby
amended by adding the following paragraph:
§202 .8 •Fees,Charges and Expenses.The City
Council shall,by resolution,establish a schedule of
fees,charges and expenses for the extension or
installation of gas service lines by the City of Waukee.
The schedule of fees,charges and expenses shall be
posted in the office of the administrative official,and
may be altered or amended only by a resolution of the
City Council.
Section 2.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect
after its final passage,approval,and publication as required by
law.
