AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN
THE CITY LIMITS OF WAUKEE,IOWA,FROM A-I (AGRICULTURAL)TO C-1
(COMMUNITY COMMERICAL DISTRICT)FOR USE OF A NEIGHBORHOOD
COMMERCIAL CENTER AND PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP AND THE REPUBLICATION OF SAID MAP TO REFLECT SAID ZONING
CHANGES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Waukee,Iowa:
Section 1.
rezoned from A-I
District).
An irregularly shaped portion of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of Section 35,Township 79 North,Range 26 West of the
5th P.M.,Waukee,Dallas County,Iowa,described as:
Commencing at the SE Corner of said Section 35;thence,
NOO degree-OO'-OO"E along the East Line of the SE 1/4 of
said Section 35,a distance of 60.00 feet to the North
Right-of-Way Line of University Avenue as it is presently
established and to the Point of Beginning;thence S89
degrees-55'-44 "W along the North Right-of-Way Line of
said University Avenue,a distance of 623.00 feet;
thence,NOO degree-OO'-OO"E,a distance of 325.00 feet;
thence,N59 degrees -OO'-OO"E,a distance of 515.00 feet;
thence,N82 degrees-30'-00"E,a distance of 149.84 feet;
thence,N90 degrees-OO'-OO"E,a distance of 33.00 feet
to the East Line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 35;
