AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 304,WAUKEE,MUNICIPAL CODE.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SITE PLAN REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY OF
WAUKEE,IOWA,TO PROVIDE FOR FIXING OF FEES AND COSTS BY RESOLUTION
OF THE CITY COUNCIL.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 304.7(B)of Chapter 304 Waukee Municipal
Code,is hereby amended by deleting the words,"The payment of the
application fee is as follows:
Site plan review -one acre or less -$35.00
Site plan review -more than one acre -$70.00"
and adding S304.13 ~s follows:
The City Council shall,by resolution,establish a
schedule of fees,charges and expenses and a collection
procedure for amendment to the Site Plan Requirements.
The schedule of fees shall be posted in the office of the
administrative official,and may be altered or amended
only by resolution of the City Council.
Section 2.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect
after its final passage,approval,and publication as required by
law.
