AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 301.16(A)(5)OF CHAPTER 301,
WAUKEE,MUNICIPAL CODE.AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 301.16(A)(5)
PROVIDING FOR AN ADDITIONAL PERMITTED USE AS A RETAIL BUSINESS OR
SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT IN THE "C-1"COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.
Municipal Code,
paragraph:
Section 301.16(A)(5)of Chapter 301,Waukee
is hereby amended by adding the following
(fff)"Wood specialty shop in which not less than 20%
of the building or structure on the property
is devoted to retail sales of the wood
specialties created in the shop;and in which
no more than four persons are employed."
Section 2.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect
after its final passage,approval,and publication as required by
law.
