AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 405 OF THE WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF WAUKEE,IOWA,BY PROVIDING FURTHER PROHIBITED AREAS OF PERSONS
BODIES IN ANY PUBLIC PLACE OR IN ANY PLACE WHERE SUCH EXPOSURE IS
SEEN BY ANOTHER PERSON OR PERSONS LOCATED IN ANY PUBLIC PLACE.
Section 1.Section 405.1(A)(1)of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Waukee,Iowa,is hereby amended by deleting the
following:
1."A woman's nipple,the areola thereof,or full
breast,except as necessary in the breast-feeding
of a baby."
and inserting in lieu thereof as follows:
1."A woman's nipple,the areola thereof,or any
portion of the female breast at or below the nipple
thereof,except as necessary in the breast-feeding
of a baby."
Section 2.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect
after its final passage,approval,and publication as required by
law.
