AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 301,WAUKEE,MUNICIPAL CODE,
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,BY AMENDING SECTION
301.11,ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT PARAGRAPH C(2)TO
PROVIDE FOR MINIMUM FLOOR.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Waukee,Iowa:
Section 1.Section 301.11 C(2)is amended by deleting the
following paragraph:
(2)Minimum Floor Single-family -950 square feet.
Two-family -750 square feet per
unit.If building is two or
more stories,minimum first
floor area shall be 700 square
feet for single-family and 550
square feet for two-family or
greater.
and inserting in lieu thereof as follows:
(2)Minimum Floor

minimum 1st floor area shall be
700 sq.ft.for single-family
