ORDINANCE NO.2124
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 504 §504.40 BY ADDING PERMITTED
ACCESS TO HIGHWAY 6 AT STATION 261+86 DRIVEWAY SOUTH.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Waukee,Iowa:
Section 1.Section 504.4D of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Waukee,Iowa,is hereby amended by adding to the listed
points of access along Highway 6 Station 261+86 driveway south so
that subsection D will read as follows:
