AN ORDINANCEAMENDINGCHAPTER110 Sl10.1,Sl10.2,and Sl10.3
BY AMENDINGTHE AMOUNTTO BE PAID TO CITY COUNCILPERSONSAND
MAYOR,AND PROVIDINGTHATTHE SALARYOF THE TREASURERWILL BE SE
BY RESOLUTIONOF THE CITY COUNCIL.
BE IT ORDAINEDby the City Council of Waukee,Iowa:
Section 1.Section 110.1 is hereby amended by deleting
"$10.00".from the second line thereof,and inserting in lieu
thereof "$20.00";and by deleting from the fourth line "$15.00"and
inserting "$25.00"in lieu thereof;such change to be effective
after the next regular election for the office of each council
person.
Section 2.Section 110.2 is hereby amended by deleting
"$80.00"from the second line thereof and inserting in lieu thereof
"$250.00";such change to be effective after the next regular
election for the office of the Mayor.
Section 3.Section 110.3 is hereby amended by deleting the
present text thereof and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"The compensation of the Treasurer shall be set by resolution of
the council.".
Section 4.

final passage,approval,and publication as
