AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN
THE CITY LIMITS OF WAUKEE,IOWA,FROM C-2 (CENTRAL BUSINESS
DISTRICT)TO R-3 (MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)AND PROVIDING FOR THE
AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND THE REPUBLICATION OF SAID
MAP TO REFLECT SAID ZONING CHANGES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Waukee,Iowa:
Section 1.That the following described real estate be
rezoned from C-2 (Central Business District)to R-3 (Multi-Family
Residential)•
Lots 3,4,5,and 6 of Block 9 of First
Addition,Waukee,Dallas County,Iowa
Section 2.
effect after its
required by law.
Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in
final passage,approval,and publication as
this
