AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN
THE CITY LIMITS OF WAUKEE,IOWA,FROM C-2 (CENTRAL BUSINESS
DISTRICT)TO R-2 (ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)AND PROVIDING FOR
THE AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND THE REPUBLICATION OF
SAID MAP TO REFLECT SAID ZONING CHANGES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Waukee,Iowa:
Section 1.That the following described real estate be
rezoned from C-2 (Central Business District)to R-2 (One and Two
Family Residential).
Lot 1,2,and part of the vacated adjacent
street of Block 9 of First Addition,Waukee,
Dallas County,Iowa;AND
Lots 7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,
and 18 with the exception of the east 75'of
Lot 18,of Block 9 of First Addition,Waukee,
Dallas County,Iowa
Section 2.
