AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN
THE CITY LIMITS OF WAUKEE,IOWA,FROM A-I (AGRICULTURAL)TO M-1
(LIGHT INDUSTRIAL)AND PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP AND THE REPUBLICATION OF SAID MAP TO REFLECT SAID ZONING
CHANGES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Waukee,Iowa:
Section 1.That the following described real estate be
rezoned from A-I (Agricultural)to M-1 (Light Industrial).
The South 420 Feet of the North Half of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 29 lying east of the railroad right
of way,Township 79N,Range 26 W,of the 5th P.M.in
Dallas County,Iowa,except public road right of way.
Section 2.
