ORDINANCE NO.2131
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN
THE CITY LIMITS OF WAUKEE,IOWA,FROM C-1 (COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT)TO R-6 (MOBILE HOME RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT)AND PROVIDING
FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND THE REPUBLICATION
OF SAID MAP TO REFLECT SAID ZONING CHANGES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Waukee,Iowa:
Section 1.That the following described real estate be
rezoned from C-1 (Community Commercial District)to R-6 (Mobile
Home Residential District).
The South 90 feet of the North 542 feet of the Northeast
quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE 1/4 NW 1/4)of
Section 34,Township 79 North,Range 26 West of the 5th
P.M.,Dallas County,Iowa,except for the East 934 feet
of the North 542 feet.
