AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 104.1 BY DELETING THE REAL
ESTATE DESCRIPTION AND SUBSTITUTING THEREFOR A DIFFERENT
DESCRIPTION AS FOLLOWS:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 104.1 is amended by substituting
therefor the following:
Beginning at the SW corner of Section 28,Township 79
North,Range 26 West of the 5th P.M.,Dallas County,Iowa;
thence north,along the west line of said Section 28,
which is also the centerline of County Road R22,165 feet;
thence east,approximately 400 feet to the SW line of Lot
4,Waukee Deve 1opment Plat #I,an O.P.;thence
northwesterly along said SW line and SW line extended
northwesterly to the west line of said Section 28;thence
north,along said west line,which is also the centerline
of County Road R22,to the north line of Lot 6 of Waukee
Development Plat #1,an O.P.,extended west;thence east,
along the north line of said Lot 6 and the north line of
Lot 2,said Plat #1,1645.6 feet,to the NE corner of said
Lot 2;thence south along the east line of said Lot 2,
772.0 feet to the NW corner of Lot 1,said Plat #1;thence
east along the north line of said Lot I,264.0 feet to the
NE corner of said Lot 1;thence south along the east line
of said Lot I,380.5 feet to a point 165 feet north of the
south line of said Section 28;thence east along a line
165 feet north of ~nd parallel with the south line of said

Section 2.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be
in effect after its final passage,approval,and publica-
tion as required by law.
