AN ORDINANCEANENDING CHAPTER 108 OF THE CODE OF ORD-
INANCES OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,BY ADDING TO THE POWERS
AND DUTIES OF THE POLICE CHIEF SUBPARAGRAPHM GIVING THE
AUTHORITY TO PURCHASE IN AMOUNTS NOT TO EXCEED $500 FOR
PURCHASES IN HIS OFFICE.
Section 1.Section 108.8 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Waukee,Iowa,is hereby amended thereto subpara-
graph M as follows:
N.The police chief shall have the authority to
purchase items he deems necessary for his de-
partment not to exceed $500 per purchase for
the administration of his office without prior
council approval.
