AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 202,WAUKEE ~WNICIPAL
CODP.,PROVIDING RATES FOR GAS FURNISHED USERS BY THE MUNI-
CIPAL GASWORKS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 202.1 of Chapter 202 Waukee Muni-
cipal Code,establishing rates for gas furnished users by
the municipal gasworks distribution system of the City of
Waukee,Iowa,is hereby amended by deleting the "Firm Re-
sidential and Commercial"Table from Section 202.2 and in-
serting in lieu thereof the following:
Firm Residential and Commercial
r10nthly
First 500 cu.ft.or less $2.77 per CCF
Next 1500 cu.ft..67 per CCF
Next 8000 cu.ft..48 per CCF
Over 10,000 cu.ft..46 per CCF
~1inimum Monthly Charge 2.77
Interruptible .44 per CCF
Commercial Grain Drying $.42 per CCF
Section 2.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be
in effect after its final passage,approval,and publica-
tion as required by law.
Passed by the Council the 9th day of February,1988,and
