AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN
THE CITY LIMITS OF WAUKEE,IOWA,FROM A-I (AGRICULTURAL
DISTRICT)TO 11-1 (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT)AND PROVIDING
FOR THE M1ENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND THE RE-
PUBLICATION OF SAID 11AP TO REFLECT SUCH ZONING CHANGES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Property Re-zoned.The zoning of the
following described real estate shall be changed from A-I
(Agricultural District)to M-l (Light Industrial District):
The Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4)of Section
Thirty-five (35),Township Seventy-nine (79)
North,Range Twenty-six (26)West of the 5th
P.M.,Dallas County,Iowa.
Section 2.

Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in
final passage,approval,and publication as
