AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 301,WAUKEE,MUNICIPAL
CODE,ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,TO
PROVIDE BULK REGULATIONS FOR R-2 ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESI-
DENTIAL DISTRICTS THAT IF A BUILDING IS A SPLIT LEVEL,
EACH FLOOR LEVEL SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 350 SQUARE FEET:
AND IF A BUILDING IS A SPLIT FOYER,THE SQUARE FOOTAGE
SHALL BE 950 SQUARE FEET PER STORY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 301.11 C(2)is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following:
"If a building is a spl it level,each level
shall be a minimum 350 square feet.If a build-
ing is a split foyer,the square footage shall
be a minimum of 950 square feet per story.
Section 2.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in
effect after its final passage,approval,and publication
as required by law.
