AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 301,WAUKEE,MUNICIPAL
CODE,ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,BY DE-
FINING "SPLIT FOYER"AND "SPLIT LEVEL"IN SECTION 301.3.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 301.3,Definitions,of Chapter
301 Waukee ~1unicipal Code,Zoning Ordinance of the City,
is hereby amended by inserting the following definitions
after the definition of "SIGN,OFF-SITE":
